If checks are written to you :

1. Reserve space for Cookies 4 U to setup. We will need this space 2 hours prior to delivery.
2. We will need a list of teachers and number of students in each class. We will have all flyers sorted by teacher’s name.
3. When orders are turned in, verify that the money and tally sheet match if checks are written to your organization..
4. You keep the money . Call Cookies 4 U to pick up order forms.
5. If problems arise concerning money and tally sheet not matching call the parents to verify.
6. If there are unsolved problems before delivery, keep the concerned money and tally sheets separate and give them to our staff at the time of delivery. The order will not be filled until money is resolved.
7. You deposit ALL money into your account. We will fax an invoice with amount payable and will bring an invoice the day of delivery. Any extras sold at the time of delivery will be invoiced to you.
